Our Mission
At Admin Wellness Retreats, we are dedicated to fostering educator wellness through transformative experiences. Our mission is to empower educators with professional development opportunities and rejuvenating yoga, sound bath and EFT tapping sessions that promote overall well-being.
Meet your Host
Jill Martin, a former NBA cheerleader turned champion for children, has dedicated 19 years to education thus far. Her journey began in McAllen, Texas, before her family relocated to Houston, where she taught second through fifth grades across Spring, Klein, and Tomball Independent School Districts. She later served as the District Testing Coordinator for Sam Houston State Charter Schools and went on to become an Assistant Principal and Response to Intervention (RTI) Specialist in Cleveland Independent School District.
Beyond her administrative roles, Jill is the founder and host of Admin Wellness Retreats, an initiative designed for women leaders to learn how to improve school culture, foster meaningful relationships among staff and students as well as tips on how to navigate a toxic workplace. These retreats provide a space for school leaders to relax, reflect, and recharge through wellness modalities such as yoga and sound baths.
Committed to serving others, Jill also holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors for Heaven’s Army, a nonprofit organization supporting women recovering from trafficking, abuse, and substance addiction.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jill finds joy in traveling, reading, and salsa dancing. She treasures time spent with her husband of 20 years and their two amazing children.
